Thomas Webler

Thomas Webler started his Real Estate career with AGG Management in 1976 and was responsible for
qualifying the company for the first of three New York City HPD contracts. He started as a field agent who
inspected buildings and met with tenants to resolve rent and repair issues. After ten years in that position he
assumed control of the function of operating the company. He has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1985.
Mr. Webler is married 32 years and they have 3 married children all of whom reside nearby our Larchmont, N.Y.
home. He attended college in Florida and graduated with a B.A. in Management in 1971.

Peter Bourbeau

Peter Bourbeau joined AGG Management in 1984 after four years with New York City Housing Preservation and
Development. Prior to that he had been a tenant organizer for a non-profit organization in the northwest Bronx.
He is responsible for the outside operations of our management organization. Peter obtained his Real Estate
Broker’s license in 1986.

Mr. Bourbeau graduated in 1974 from Fordham University with a B.A. degree in Philosophy. He is married 29
years with 4 children and two grandchildren. He resides in Pelham, New York the past 15 years.

Patrick Manning

Patrick Manning, the third partner, joined PWB Management Corp. in 1995 as a field agent. He had over 17
years experience in brokerage and property management companies. He became a partner in 2006 and is in
charge of our property managers and all outside operations. He and his wife reside in New York City.
