Who We Are

PWB Management Corporation was founded in September of 1985 as the successor of AGG Management
Corporation. PWB Management has been a Bronx based company since 1984. AGG Management Corporation had been a property manager and mortgage broker in The Bronx and Manhattan from the late 1960’s until 1985. Upon the retirement of the two principals of AGG Management, PWB Management Corporation was organized by three employees with over thirty (30) years of experience.

PWB began with eleven (11) buildings in 1985, today in 2009 we are proud of the fifty (50+) building
we own and manage. PWB growth has been primarily by means of references and outstanding reputation.
With over sixteen (16) years of experience with managing Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties,
PWB Management Corporation focuses on the best management of the buildings and the compliance
the Regulatory Agreement.
